Our pork is reared in a uniquely modern environment and fed sweet whey from a preservative free, export cheese manufactured on the same farm which eleminates transport, storage and aging of the whey. It is derived from mozzarella and hard Italian cheese containing important probiotics and cultures to give the pork a distinct taste, ideal for cured meats.
