ASJARIGATO wines comes from the idea of Asja Rigato, who wants to make wine from an ancient native variety in a pop key.Vines are planted along the Bacchiglione river, where they grow following the concept of sustainability and organic farming.In the cellar we try to continue this practice using minimal intervention, in an effort to let the grapes speak for themselves. Grapes are hand-picked and fermentation is allowed to happen spontaneously. Our wines are little sulphured until bottling.
