Always Genuine Summer Program (AGSP) is a two-week program offered during the summer months for young ladies in the Tallahassee Area. The curriculum of this program is tailored to young ladies who will be in grades 6 through 8 for the upcoming school year. The intergenerational interaction between the participants and the mentors (of high school and college age) will lead to great friendships and mentoring relationships. The students will encounter several challenges that will lead them to embrace their leadership capabilities, utilize their creativity, and develop their teamwork skills. Additionally, it is our goal to assure that each participant completes this program with an understanding of where they are, where they want to go, what it is going to take to get there, and their potential to reach goals that they put before themselves. There will be a strong sense of support for each student to ensure personal and professional growth, and success in their future endeavors.Mission: The mission of AGSP is to equip young ladies with the tools and information they need to develop into informed, classy, professional citizens dedicated to service and leadership.Vision: AGSP provides young ladies with information and guidance that contributes to character development to ensure a future with reliable leaders.
