Alan is interested in helping other service organisations grow their brand and increase revenue & reputation through a pragmatic and delivery based marketing approach.Since leaving IBM, Alan has worked with a number of SME & start-up organisations, primarily on brand-positioning, value proposition development and creating marketing infrastructures.
