Angelina's Strength Training provides private personal training sessions for individuals with a need to improve a diverse range of health and wellness needs, such as weight loss, strength gain, disease prevention and management, mental health, stress management, and over all quality of life. Sessions are one hour and typically three times per week, and include guidance on how to improve health and fitness outside of the studio.
