I am a Registered Psychotherapist and licensed member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I offer counselling services for children, youth, adults, elderly, as well as couples and family therapy for a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, parenting issues and family conflicts. I provide a non-judgmental safe environment where you can feel comfortable to discuss your personal issues and concerns including any life challenges that you like to discuss. Through my therapy, you will become aware of your experiences, learn techniques to make choices, set reasonable boundaries, and learn to let go of negative thoughts.
