My product lets job seekers provide an elevator speech as well as standard interview questions along with their resume when they apply for a job. This allows an employer to get a better idea of who a candidate is prior to picking up a phone to reach out for the initial screening. Site also has capability for employers to search resumes with full access to the job seeker's uploaded video.
