Bottelli Srl was established at the beginning of 1950s as manufacturer of standard toolholders. At the beginning of 1960s the company developed its production with special components for machine tools.Since 2002 the operating plant has been located in Menzago di Sumirago, where all the required manufacturing steps for the complete production of the end parts are gone through.65% of our production is currently intended for the domestic market while the remaining 35% is intended for the foreign market, most of all for the North-European one.Special components for machine tools, especially: main spindles with or without splined profiles, sleeves, parts for electro-spindles, which are used on every type of machine tool: transfer machines, CNC machining centres, milling machines, lathes. Such machines are employed, not only in the metal and light alloys industry, but also in the industry which uses materials workable by removal, such as marble, wood and glass.Furthermore we manufacture complete units and spindle units, which we supply completely assembled and tested.During the years we have been more and more specializing in the manufacturing of components according to Customer's drawing by offering the cooperation of our qualified technical staff, which is constantly in touch with Italian and worldwide manufacturers of machines.In our operating plant all the necessary production steps are carried out: cutting of the material, drilling, complete turning, complete milling, internal and external complete grinding of the threads and of the splined profiles, complete finishing, balancing, complete testing and complete assembling.We operate all the work orders through an internal data processing system which integrates all the production and administrative steps.
