Breathing in Peace CIC is a not for profit social enterprise set up to promote conscious connected breathing as a method for improving physical, emotional and mental health.Our breath is connected to our body and our emotions and the way we breathe can have a positive effect on our quality of life. Breathing techniques can be used help to relieve the symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and ptsd and with commitment regular practise is a valuable key to self healing and transformation. Our vision is to use our expertise and the Breathing In Peace platform to bring this knowledge to all and use our not for profit status to support veterans and the serving military community, proactively reaching the veterans of our future. Breathing is for everyone – we all do it! Corporate investment in wellness that includes the science of better breathing can return impressive results, increasing focus and productivity, and reducing stress and burnout .
