The International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe, organized every two years, from 1997 until present, and supported by the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS), constitutes a hallmark tradition of Chefs Association of Northern Greece. The competition is established as a meeting point for the culinary professionals, attracting more than 500 delegates from all over the world. The Association, in cooperation with WACS, was the co-organizer of the World Chefs Congress & Expo 2016, which was held in Thessaloniki from 24th to 27th of September 2016.Every year the Chefs Association of Northern Greece organizes the Annual Symposium, an event with more than 500 participants, including the members and the affiliates of the Association, culinary professionals, head of food and beverage companies, hotels, restaurants and food equipment companies.
