Reflexology is known for its ability to quickly relieve stress, harmonise the body and increase immunity - all increasingly important factors for people in all phases of life.Chinese reflexology uses reflexzones on the feet, meridians, and acupressure points. Traditional Chinese Medicin also uses extra pressure points, like an insomnia,- and diabetis point. The knees and lower legs, that have many acupressure points, are allways massaged extensively. The techniques that are used are very effective and have a deep impact on the body. My massages are a combination of Western with Chinese reflexology. Best of both worlds!
