Simply stated, the Communications Guild provides a marketplace for Communications Guild members to state their credentials and qualifications to a database of communications professionals. Members complete a profile which is made available to a wide variety of companies and organizations in search of technical talent. The uniqueness of the Communications Guild is that the member's identity is anonymous. Each member is assigned a member ID which then enables members to search the database for opportunities without fear of repercussion from their current employer. In addition, member profiles are searchable by companies who have registered as Company Members. Member's also are asked to complete an employer assessment of their current employer to help other's in search of positions there. When members research a company, they will be able to view all company assessments.There is a secure internal message system to facilitate communications between employers and candidates. Anonymity is maintained until such time as the individual member chooses self-identify. Companies will contact the member by using their member ID numbers. The member will receive a notification from the Communications Guild to their personal email address for them to access their Communications Guild profile and retrieve their messages. Should the process follow thru to conclusion, where the member is hired by a new company, the Communications Guild will change the member ID number and the profile will remain in the database.
