Dance Trance is a licensed dance fitness program that has now expanded into a movement that is taking the fitness industry by storm. Dance Trance has been growing for over 15 years. It is one of the most successful dance fitness classes in the nation and has expanded to include studios throughout North America and beyond. DT expands beyond typical dance fitness classes by choreographing not only eight count combinations, but choreographing each phrase within each individual song. This is not the typical add-on choreography that can be adapted to any song, cover or mix. This is unique choreography that is specific to the original song recorded by the artist. As if that were not enough, there are over 300 unique routines in the famous DT catalog with originally recorded songs by artists ranging from hip hop, Latin, pop, rock, alternative, and jazz funk Fusion.
