Vision-The organisation envisions a self sustainable community that is environmentally conscious and economically stable by empowering human potential, with a special focus on women.Mission- The organisation aims to promote sustainable development initiatives particularly among the marginal female farmers and girls located in Singhtali and other adjacent villages in Uttarakhand through innovative solutions. Long Term Vision- The long term vision of the organisation is to build the communities capacity in terms of securing their own food and income at household level through environmentally protective practices. Objectives-To sensitise the residents on environmentally safe practices that can help in restoring the ecological balance of the project location. To reverse the current trend of rural-urban migration in Singtali, Uttarakhand.To provide training to girls and women through sustainable livelihood enhancement programs in order to increase employability among the beneficiaries.To partner with other likeminded development actors like NGOS, corporates and Government ministries to meet organisation objectives.To create a scape within the community, especially for girls and women, to express themselves, to be productive, and to learn new skills.To empower the community with appropriate knowledge and information to use their own resources effectively, without depending much on outside support.
