She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and she is an active Executive Coach having completed a post graduate level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching. Karen relishes the blend of hands-on practical HR with her ability to think, plan and manage strategically.
