EDAS is a small international team of highly experienced addiction professionals sourced from Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia who have worked in the field of addition/dependency for many years. We are a unique global organisation with international therapists who take treatment to clients; rather than clients entering out-patient or residential services. Many of the EDAS team have battled dependencies themselves and have been in 'recovery' for a substantial amount of time; others are highly experienced and specialists in their field and all have vast experience of working with addictions/dependencies/behavioural abnormalities. We are a multi-cultural therapeutic team. The core EDAS team have worked in different countries other than our native lands; so the international staff understand the cultures and diversity and importantly how 'addiction' is viewed in them and in their societies. We pride ourselves in research, understanding cultural differences, in being non-judgmental, plus we all have excellent social skills; which means that all our staff feel very comfortable being and working in nearly all environments and situations and are able to adapt to where ever we are in the world. We continually consult other individuals and organisations (statutory, non statutory, national & international) about programme development & best practice. We provide a bespoke, individual treatment plan for each client to maximise positive outcomes. We have worked with clients from all walks of life and in many varying environments.
