Fit to be Kids is a community outreach organization who provides prevention, awareness and advocacy education pertaining to childhood obesity and the health risks that accompany this epidemic, to at-risk youth and their families--empowering them to live healthier wholesome lives while promoting physical activity, nutrition education and character development experience-based enrichment programs that ultimately impact the overall well-being of our communities.
