Foodback is a mobile application which allows the customers to write instant feedbacks directly to the manager in restaurants and cafés. The customers may rate the foods and the service real-time and also send comments which are seen instantly on the dashboard of the venue manager. The Foodback application helps to restaurant managers to response to the customer reviews, before it's too late, while the customer is still in the venue. Thanks to our customer satisfaction surveys, restaurant managers know their customers closer and see the details in customers' point of view, like the level of their satisfaction, which food is more liked or when exactly the service quality gets lower.All operations of Foodback is run by Bambulabs Istanbul.
