We are a young NGO consisting of Public Health, Development and Legal professionals, who passionately believe that with women at the centre of development, we can take great steps in progressing towards a better tomorrow.Our story began with the three founders coming together for the same cause. In a country like Kenya, being a woman is no easy task; women are disproportionately disadvantaged in terms of development; having less access to economic resources, education, and land than their male peers.As an organisation we envision a world where every child is educated, protected, respected and has the opportunity to grow out of poverty. We strive to build a sisterhood where we can overcome social and cultural constraints women face in everyday life. A movement where, together, we can work towards creating a world without the societal norms that are a barrier to our success and well-being today.
