Our team does regular standardised and surprise checks and different stages of production to ensure nothing is taken to chance or passed on casually. These updates and observations are updated and our customers are kept updated on the status of the goods.- Logistics Team: We coordinate with our vendors and ensure documents are prepared in advance and coordinated with shipping lines/ airlines / nominated agents to ensure there is no extra delays in bookings containers or booking space in vessels or with airlines.
