The mission of Good Neighbor Development Corporation, Inc. ("GNDC") is to expand people's capabilities to help themselves and to increase their opportunities to make a positive contribution to the world. To accomplish this, GND will facilitate and foster public/private partnerships in local, regional, national, and global communities to leverage resources for the provision of facilities and programs that support the economic and social infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the economy and society. These facilities shall provide relief to the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged; provide housing to low-income individuals; lessen the burden of the government; further the advancement of education and science; and promote the health and social welfare of communities.
