Their hot hand-held snacks in the on-board (buy on board and complimentary) catering market have been served on flight such as British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Qatar Airways. In 2007 Green Gourmet won the Frozen Food Manufacture of the Year Award for their innovation in healthier, non-fried breaded products for the school industry. In 2011 and 2014 Green Gourmet won their first and second Mercury Award, for product innovation. The most recent of these being the first pre-packed portion of cod and chips that is served onboard an airline.
