At Hagan Homes we are not developers – we are homebuilders.Founded in 1988 by James Hagan with the assistance of his Brother-in-law Nigel Simpson, the company has grown to become the largest Homebuilders in Northern Ireland. Over our 27 year history we have built over 3000 homes across the country including developments such as Henryville in Ballyclare, Old Church Square in Dundonald, Titanic Walk in Belfast and The Brooks, Burnside. In 2013 we handed over the highest number of new homes in NI.Our aim is to build affordable, quality, stylish homes and we achieve this by appointing award winning Architects, Interior Designers and craftspeople. We are a locally based company employing a highly experienced team, many of whom have been with the company since its inception.
