Healing Tides: A Biodynamic Touch

My journey to the biodynamic world started before I became a massage therapist. I had the opportunity to learn how the body healed from Dr. Jerry Tennant. Working with Dr. Tennant and Synergy Medical Group provided me a wondrous and new foundation in healing the human body. Dr Tennant's focus was and continues to be on voltage and frequency healing the cellular and polarity of body through direct current and energetic medicine. This was the first time I heard of Energy Medicine or Energetic Medicine. Furthering my studies over 16+ years, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy combines all of my learning into a single system: Gentle Wholeness. Allowing me to see my clients as a Whole Being instead of pieces and parts as allopathic medicine does.Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy all the aspects of my clients' can be helped instead of single areas (i.e. neck, back, hips, etc). Everything is connected and all of the systems need to be addressed and seen for true healing to occur.Even as a child how things connected, patterns, and processes fascinated me. As a massage therapist, I have tried to connect the dots for my clients, students, and colleagues. Almost nothing is a stand alone issue. Meeting my clients where they are is important to me. I do my best to provide the best service for each and every session. I will suggest therapies or ideas, but ultimately, my client is fully in charge of their session. I come to the therapy room knowing my client knows their body/system much better than I do, and it is not my place to tell you where you are.
