We are Ireland's oldest indecent brewery and have been producing quality craft beers since 1981. We have an on-site coffee shop open Tues - Saturdays serving breakfasts, lunches and delicious traybakes. We also facilitate conferences, corporate away days, private parties and events.With both the lovely Malt Store upstairs in the Stables and the three giant hat tipis in the garden, we are spoilt for choice with weddings. And with our relaxed vibe and stunning Georgian architecture, we are popular choice!Not forgetting our annual knees up with the Hilden Brewery Beer and Music Festival. We had 3000 visitors to the festival last year and we look forward to offering the same again this year. We offer brewery tours which include a bowl of traditional Irish stew and a flight of beers and have a little shop to offer some merchandise and gifts to take away with you.
