Nkosinathi founded Ndzenga Properties in 2016 when she purchased her first investment property, although the initial intention was to use the property as her primary investment, she soon discovered that the property would be more profitable if held as investment property. Within a period of 4 years she managed to grow her portfolio into seven properties which are all held as investment property and earmarked for further development by her property development business unit. About Ndzenga Properties:Our services are designed to service both the low income to middle income households playing as tenants in the property market and any other property owner that requires our services.Investment property – We have a portfolio of seven residential properties, two of these properties is undergoing development to be transformed to increase its capacity in the number of tenants. Six of these properties are located within the Johannesburg region and the one is located in Limpopo. Property management – We provide investment property management services in the form of sourcing and managing maintenance on client properties and deep cleaning for whenever there is a change in tenants. The total value of the property under our management is currently R5 million.Tenant management – We source tenants for property owners this process including vetting potential tenants for credit blacklisting and criminal records, collect the monthly rental income and the initial deposit on behalf of the tenant, allocation of payments to service providers and timely processing payment to the property owner.
