OUR MISSION:To help investors get higher and better returns than investing in the stock market or using traditional qualified retirement plans. We intend to do this by advising our clients to use self-directed IRA's that will allow our clients to invest in alternative investments such as real estate and real estate notes, precious metals, oil reserves or starting a small business.THE VISION:The primary vision of the company will be to invest in distressed properties i.e. foreclosures, pre-foreclosures and shortsales. These properties will be primarily single family homes in desirable areas. We will target properties that are in need of cosmetic repairs or updating. We intend to buy these properties at a deep discount and then sell them at or below market value in order to attract the largest number of potential buyers. We will also in some cases hold the notes on the properties and create seller financing for buyers who have good income and reserves but may have credit challenges.
