The modern vision of the CEE Department is to be built upon its role as one of the largest educators of civil and environmental engineers in the State of New Jersey and focus on the environment and infrastructure through strengthening its educational and research programs. The Department promotes sustainability and embraces technology by encompassing information technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and sensor technology.
