KhmerLex is the first Cambodia's labor and employment law firm established by Dr KONG Phallack, a law graduate from Nagoya University, Graduate School of Law, Japan, a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Arbitration Council. He is also serving as Dean and Professor of Laws at the Faculty of Law and Public Affairs of Paññãsãstra University of Cambodia (PUC); an adjunct Professor at Royal School of Judicial Professions (Cambodian Commercial Judge Training); and a former adjunct professor at Royal University of Law and Economics.
