The KoSA Arts Centre - a newly built, four-story, state-of-the-art complex was established in the fall of 2009 to serve the Montreal arts and business communities. The Centre was founded by Mr. Nick Patulli (a successful Montreal-based businessman and developer). Mr. Aldo Mazza (internationally renowned musician) is the Centre's artistic director and Founder/Artistic Director of the KoSA Music Academy. Our mission is to present and host a multitude of events such as live performances for all genres of art forms (music, theatre and dance), film screenings and viewings, education symposiums, business conferences, and a wide variety of general entertainment - from wedding receptions to bat & bar mitzvahs. The main performance hall has exceptional acoustics and a capacity of 350 seated and 450 standing. There is in-house sound, lighting, stage and a technical backline available (full listing of technical specifications at http://www.kosacentre.org/Gallery.html), including a Yamaha Grand piano, amplifiers, microphones, projector and screen, drums and a wide selection of world percussion instruments are available. The Centre also features amenities such as rehearsal spaces, VIP rooms, reception areas, food and beverage staff, and has parking for 100 vehicles. Situated one block from Vendome Metro station and south of de Maisonneuve Blvd. just off Decarie Blvd. (across from the new McGill Super-hospital), the KoSA Centre's Crowley Avenue location is destined to become one of the most convenient and premier multi-functional facilities in Montréal.
