Let's talk Nepal, is a youth-driven mental health initiative designed to support, guide, and break the stigma in the matters of mental health issues in Nepal; thus, making a positive change by advocating for mental health. Through this project, we will be working to create awareness among the general people and support the victims of mental health issues through webinars, workshops, talk sessions, support groups, articles, and magazines--prepared in collaboration with different professional psychologists and psychiatrists. We will be an ear to the unheard voices and work for the "change" we hope to see.
