That way, I Guide the client to find wellness and avoid stressful situations about the time we go to spend together. I assess before to start anything and put the work around basics patterns of movement. Doing that, i try to make understand to my client that he needs to rediscover his body and the way he will push, pull, lift, squat jumps or run. My Licence degree gave many keys to approach training as an science based activity. Either physiology or psychology side gave me precious tools to help you daily, weekly to start YOUR journey.
