In 2024, the NTF merged with Negotiation Design & Strategy (NDS) into a single entity, Negotiation Task Force, LLC (NTF).The merger combines the unique strengths of each entity: The NDS team has extensive experience working with clients in government, military, and industry on their most complex negotiation problems, both in the United States and in geopolitical crisis hotspots worldwide. The NTF has a proven record in negotiation systems analysis, crisis simulation design, and Executive Education for senior leaders.
