It has a 20 year history, starting life as a pirate radio station meaning it has a credible, grass roots and authentic reputation amongst the community and therefore culturally relevant, familiar and already present for the lives of many within its broadcast reach. This means the barriers to engagement can often be lower for many learners as they feel comfortable in finding out more about what might be possibleBased in Media City at Host which is also home of a larger tech-hub called Skills City providing courses in technology and other related Education, Training and Employment (EET) programs creating new onward pathways.
