Subject to the passage of legislation, all Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) functions and duties will transfer to an NHS Integrated Care Body (ICB) when they are established in April 2022. To support the development of the Sussex Integrated Care System (ICS) as a statutory organisation, the CCG Governing Bodies have agreed transitional governance arrangements including delegating their oversight and assurance functions to the Joint Committee of the NHS Sussex CCGs.
