It's time for a NuAge! No, we are not talking about chakras, crystals & tarot cards. We are talking about TECH.NuAge is currently developing a wellness-tracking app that helps women become experts of their own lives through self-reported data. The app helps women learn how their lifestyle choices contribute to mood, feelings and how they're aging. By arming women with their own data, we will empower them to better advocate for themselves with their healthcare providers, colleagues, and family.   NuAge is more than reports. The app will deliver custom recommendations and curated resources, that optimize the individual's experience of menopause and aging. NuAge app makes health tracking and behavior change FUN because self-care should be rewarding, not just another chore. Our extensive research shows us that women want support from each other, community connection. So we are creating a safe space for women to lift each other up while they share lived experiences, learn together and motivate each other.
