Nuestra Graduacion at UCI originally known as "Raza Graduacion at UCI," originated in someone's back yard with less than 50 people. Now in 2019-2020, the ceremony will celebrate the success of 300+ students at UCI succeeding in higher education. The purpose of this ceremony is for it to be a more intimate ceremony that allows students to have more guests come see them graduate, so they're all together to celebrate their loved one graduating from the University of California Irvine. Nuestra Graduacion at UCI Is a student-run campus organization that works hard year round to fundraise money to book the Bren Events Center and bring together this beautiful ceremony that not only means a lot to the Latinx community at UCI but to the Latinx community everywhere. We are here to celebrate the fact that not only do we work hard, but we study hard and this ceremony acknowledges students' hard work. Y mas que nada, SI SE PUDO!
