Old School Motorcycle Company (OSMC) designs, engineers, manufactures and distributes vintage-style American motorcycles with modern technology. The business was formed in 2004 and deisgns are based on the founder's passion for classic American iron. OSMC produces new bikes in a vintage style, allowing people who are nostalgic about the bikes of decades past to enjoy the pride of ownership without the reliability headache. Previously based in Vancouver, Canada, OSMC relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in mid-2013 and established itself as a manufacturer. As a manufacturer we issue our own VINs, have FMVSS & CMVSS certification and are listed in the NADA Guides and Kelly Blue Book. At OSMC, we produce our motorcycles with stock specifications to the vintage style of each bike in order to achieve as authentic look as possible. No other manufacturer is creating bikes using this approach. Our products are unique in that we capture the true vintage look but have modern features adding to performance & reliability. Buyers want all the efficiency of a new machine with the look and feel of a product from the past. We capture market share from existing motorcycle manufacturers by appealing to those customers that will buy a new motorcycle and then do the changes & customize it to look vintage. In order to finance its growth, OSMC seeks $250,000 in financing. The funds will be used for working capital purposes, purchase additional equipment and for marketing efforts.
