PhoenixC4i is an independent consultancy addressing technical challenges within government, defence, security and commercial markets. We source and manage agile teams and work with other SMEs to quickly mobilise experienced people to address customer need. We also undertake our own product development. Our practical battlefield and complex environments experience enables us to analyse and understand organisational, service and product development needs. We provide independent product assurance through our Test and Validation services, covering design analysis, performance and user assessment, trials support through to equipment commissioning. We also have expertise in the provision of Information Assurance, creating network protection and hardening, and access control for our clients.
