One of the Co-Founders of the company is a traveling consultant and managed a short term rental while on business trips. They would hire cleaning companies that specialized in turning over short term rental. However, time and time again, they had to deal with guests that simply were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the rental. After much frustration on dealing with several cleaning companies, the founders had enough and wanted to take matters in their own hands.
