PunkHouse Press was founded in Tampa by Martin Dunn in 2017. PunkHouse Press is a creative incubator that produces nationally distributed comic books, a Zine of the punk arts and subculture, as well as releasing and distributing Punk, Ska, and Hardcore music.PunkHouse Press focuses on the subculture surrounding punk rock. The projects being released via Punkhouse Press will be built around freedom of expression, individuality, and creativity. PHP embraces and respects others beliefs, ideas, feelings, and identities. The mentality behind being punk is to not judge but to listen to others. Contrary to popular beliefs, punks CARE. Punks aren't the lazy, careless sods society leads you to believe they are. Punks take action...may it be for human rights, animal liberation, anti-war, anti-racism, anti-capitalism, or all of them together.Punkhouse Press will focus primarily on comic strips and short stories as well as artist interviews and music reviews.
