The Queen's Hyperloop Design Team is a team comprised of over 60 like-minded students who share a vision for changing the future of transportation.\We Leverage the amazingly talented students within the Queen's community to work in a cross-functional team, striving towards a shared goal of making the Hyperloop a reality. The team further focuses on teaching students practical skills they can use in their professional careers, such as how to manage large teams, model with CAD, develop software, manufacture parts, and facilitate strong relationships with corporate partners.\We bolster a culture of innovation and passion that extends to the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition in which our team competes and previously placed in the top 9% of the competing 1500+ universities and schools. Our ultimate goal is to create a fully functional half-scale pod which can win the competition.
