RJ's Home Watch Services is prepared to monitor the home of seasonal or long-distance homeowners while they are away. We will check on the property, inspect for water leaks, functioning of HVAC systems, check refrigerators and freezers and pest intrusions. We will remove any newspapers, trash, package deliveries, etc. to give the home a lived-in look. We can meet with sub-contractors or others as necessary to act on your behalf. Our goal is to provide the homeowner with peace of mind that this property is being looked after.
