Raven Construction was established in 2017 as the building arm of sister company Ravensdale Estates Ltd. We are a small, project-focused construction firm with average employee experience of over 20 years in residential & commercial building and property development in Ireland. Based in Naas, Co. Kildare, we are interested in projects throughout Ireland.Raven Construction was primarily set up to do the hard work on property projects undertaken by sister company Ravensdale Estates Ltd. The focus was on refurbishment and redevelopment of investment property. Along the way, we have undertaken various other refurbishment and property management/maintenance projects. We are in the process of getting back on site with a new mixed-used housing and commercial scheme in Prosperous, Co. Kildare due to breaking ground in early 2020.We like brownfield, infill and refurbishment projects and are very interested in exploring more opportunities in these areas.
