Re-Re will be a global trustworthy B2M (B2B and B2C) platform for everything: products, services, companies and professionals, based on experts’ and users’ reviews. We want to increase the volume and speed of reviews encouraging suppliers to switch from their current passive collecting reviews system to our proactive way of harvesting of reviews, reaching all their recent buyers through new technologies such as a call center backed by Interactive Voice Response and humans and Push Notifications system, mobile apps, and to make the process a better experience for review providers.We aim to create a basis of trust that goes both ways, by also reviewing the customers regarding their past actions and behaviors, by collecting reviews from suppliers and making them available to suppliers.The Re-Re marketplace will act as a platform that will connect the suppliers to customers in the first stage and products and services to the customers in the second stage.
