The SNRO (Stichting Nederlands Register Opleiding) is an independent accreditation organization in private education in The Netherlands. The SNRO examines and assesses the entire quality cycle of a course at HBO (Higher Vocational Education) level. In our approximately 12 years of existence, we have accredited hundreds of different educational courses, and we share our frameworks with the professional field. Our core values are quality, transparency and objectivity.The quality mark of the SNRO is known in many professional sectors. Our expertise and independent position ensure an objective quality check and quality assessment.The SNRO accredits on the basis of objective criteria on HBO level and on the quality cycle of educational programs. The accreditation and quality mark of the SNRO is recognized by Health Insurers (for example for the mandatory Medical and Psychosocial basic knowledge training) and the Dutch Government (the tax authorities require for VAT exemption, among other things, a 240 EC education with SNRO quality mark).
