Founded by Melissa Picoli Philips, an esthetician with two decades of experience working with women's skin around the globe, from all nationalities, all walks of life and facing a wide variety of major and minor imbalances.We followed our intuition straight to the scientific journals, medical community, chemists and other estheticians to ensure a data-driven approach proven to slow down and minimize signs of years gone by, concerts rocked, Sundays on the river, Tuesdays in traffic and all the mysterious complications and celebrations of daily life.Our over-arching vision incorporates elements we are inspired by: Beauty, Art, Science, Partnership, Magic and Abundance for All.
