A new international management consultancy designed to provide world leading expertise in developing organisational, team and individual performance in the most testing circumstances. Its Managing Director is a former Chief Inspector with Scotland Yard's elite Specialist Crime Directorate. He specialised in violent crime tackling London's gun and gang issues with new innovative solutions in collaboration with international practitioners. Latterly he led the Metropolitan Police Review of all public protection systems and structures leading to major reform between 2004-09.
