I'm a coach, consultant, writer, and creative catalyst - with over 25 years' international experience supporting radical change across public, private and non-profit sectors. I've a special interest in new forms of systemic coaching for evolutionary potential, and in the systemic impact of hidden symmetries in relational and organisational systems, which I explore through new applications of systemic constellation work (with the UK-based nowhere foundation, and others). The work is highly effective in school environments (helping dissolve barriers to learning), companies, communities, and in one-to-one coaching sessions. And I'm working with the Academy of Inner Science (in Germany) - on collective intelligence and innovation in leadership and learning communities, running an inquiry programme into the potential for an awakened culture of work. I'm based at the Findhorn community (northern Scotland) - an international centre for holistic education with a focus on environmentally sustainable models of development, where I'm working on new forms of deep-systems learning.
