My name is Sue Carpenter and not so long ago I seemed to have lost my sense of direction and, as a consequence, was experiencing little personal fulfilment. The experience of Life Coaching – first being coached and now, as a fully trained and practising Life Coach myself – has enabled me once again to enjoy a true sense of achievement. Now I look forward to the challenges each day brings as I work towards my goals and help others to identify and achieve theirs.I live in the West of Scotland, less than an hour from Glasgow, but coach throughout Scotland and beyond. Coaching can be face-to-face or by telephone. Usually it's a mixture of both
